 I can see the roof is buckled in one pic...not a good sign to rebuild from. Like Bryan said, lots of other parts and a complete rolling chassis might be worth throwing another body on.

If it's a '67 12-bolt under it, the rear end is worth half the asking price... considerably less though if it's from a 68-72.
