Strange tranny leak

I believe my TH350 is leaking fluid from the gear change shaft. Is there a seal or something in here? I will be draining the fluid soon to change the pan so look foward to your tips on getting this to seal up as well. I have been having a tough season this year with this car so am currently busting more knuckles and banging head on bottom side of car!

Yup, there's a seal.

Search th350 selector shaft seal replacement on google and you'll be busy for hours...
