Great house for a car guy!

A friend is selling her place just north of St. Francis.  New house with 4 car attached, a new building with two stalls for full size RV's, two car detached and a 50x36 pole barn that is currently half shop half storage.  Enough space that even Mitch could get all his stuff inside and still have shop space left over to work in!

Just listed yesterday.  Pictures are not loaded yet on the link below but should be soon.

Looks like it requires a login Mike. Any other way to see it?

Sorry Chris thought I logged out and looked it up for the link but must not have. The MLS# is 4617547. Address is 3175 256th Ave NW. That site or many others should let you search for it by either.

Shannan and I went to lunch with our friend Friday. Walked through the house before we left and the pictures don't do it justice. The buildings look small in the pics but are not.

Did she build the house without having a basement for physical reasons? 3K sq ft all on a single level.

It was to be their retirement home so no basement. Laundry room has special walls and ventilation to serve as a storm shelter. Actually was pretty cool to see constructed.

Way out of my price range and local.

If we move it will be to a smaller house and 900-1000 miles south...I've had enough of winters up here.
