If the body work is nice on this, it could be a decent project... painted body with no drivetrain is about the best way I can think of to start a project.

That one falls under 'Some Assembly Required'.  laughing

Seriously, that seems like a great price even if only 90% of the parts are there.  Even without the frame and drivetrain.
