IDK if they are going down in price somewhat or if everyone wants the 66 and up models. Here are a few 65's well under 20K. One of which has sold and has the PHS documents.

If the Charcoal Blue car is a decent driver, it's a steal at 15k !!!! You can't build one for anywhere near that.
