Sorry about that John.  That was way too good a deal to last more than a couple of hours.  Priced way too low.  Must have needed the cash bad, or didn't know the market value!

With a price like that. Its nearly impossible to compete with what I call "craigslisters". The guys whom typically have a desk job or no job at all, leaving them all the time in the world to hit craigslist every 10-20 minutes using thier favorite keywords just to score that uber cheap deal.
