Low buck rebuild scrounge for parts

I am rebuilding my elky 350 engine with junkyard vortec heads for a ultra low buck build for fun and wondering if anyone has cast offs, left overs, stock piled parts before I buy some stuff:

Harmonic balancer (The 8" that was one there, the rubber union between the two looks a little rough)

Any hypereutectic or forged .040 pistons with a 1.560 compression height or greater.  Flat top or dished. (mine were cast, .050 in the hole, yuk for perfmance and quench) rolleyes

Stock 5.7 rods with arp bolts or bushed rods for floating pins.

Camshaft / lifters in the 270 -280 duration range.  I have my Comp XE294 cam but it looks to be a little too larger.

Looking to borrow: Tool (Comp cams) for cutting down the guide height.

If it's the Hawk I am thinking about in Shakopee it is owned by Lee of Lee's Speed Shop. He is a first class guy who I believe still holds records for racing Knucklehead and Shovelhead Harleys. I had him do some work on my Shovelhead a few yeas ago. Great guy. Lee's Speed Shop is in Savage.

Was Lee's attached to a gas station or was that Valley oil/speed shop I am thinking of? I bought a few things there way back when I had my Caddy 472 engine/83 Grand Prix sleeper.
