Wantedto borrow Cam degree wheel setup

Does anyone have a cam wheel setup I can borrow?

My 406 seems like it still wants way too much advance to run right.  I can get it running decent by playing with the timing but then it has a real hard time turning the engine over for starting.

To rule out the cam, I want to degree it to find where it is and double check the cam/crank relationship.

Thanks

John

I've got one John. I'm kind of far away, but I plan on coming up to the meeting Saturday if you want to borrow it.
