My house is up for sale

Listing will be on the MLS by the end of the week. 4 bedroom: 2 up, 2 down. Insulated 3 car garage, standard suburb size yard, walkout basement. Remodeled bathroom, remodeled kitchen. Some of you have seen it in person. $175,000, open house scheduled for this sunday 1-3.

 

We have another already in our sights and would like to sell fast. Tell your friends, co-workers, etc. If you send the eventual buyer to us and the deal gets done, I'll throw a garage warming pizza and beer party in your honor at the new place and make a sign for the garage saying "Reserved for (your name)" that would stay up more or less permanently in the garage somewhere.

WOW, this seeems sudden. I hadn't heard anything about you looking to move. Is it closer to work ?

I would think even in this economy, a nice house for 175k would move pretty quickly.

Yeah, we weren't really looking or thinking about moving. My wife was looking at a friend's house for sale and stumbled across this one. We'll see what happens.
