We're really close to being able to pay off our house... selling this and dumping all of our savings onto the mortgage would make us debt-free by winter.

It it will give a great piece of mind for relief not having that monthly payment hanging over your head.  Plus then you can real start saving up / investing. tiphat

Might as well use the "savings" account to get rid of a mortgage. In this economy it isn't earning enough to bother with...angry

SOLD!!! Going to Wisconsin.

Now we're only about $2000 short of paying off the house... Debt free in a month nana (unless we buy another house of course...)
