So I had picked up an engine dolly from Northern Tool. Just a crap unit that the engine sits on the balancer and pan. Picked up an engine crate from 67SS aka Chris to drop the engine in it and guess what. The new Moroso oil pan with the extra capacity will not fit in the crate without damage to the pan. So I still need to find a new engine dolly and get that thing out of the way. At least the 2 boys are doing a little polish on it so it shines.
Aaron is just busting my chops to get going on the wagon and I pulled a muscle in my back or something because I can hardly move. Now I have to pay for another engine dolly since the one that it is sitting on is Heddons'.
I found one at Northern in St.Cloud made by Well Built $42 and it holds the engine and rolls. Looking at the engine I now want to do the detail grinding and such to smooth it out and make it look as nice as Mikes' did in the Silver Mullet. Chris you had what 8+ hrs into grinding, sanding and smoothing that engine block?
I still have the full serpentine set up to finish smoothing and buffing before that gets installed on the engine so I can keep the kids busy for awhile.

There is no way I would have the patience enough to spend that much time on it. Let alone the attention span.
