Tilt is now working fine except I must have made a mistake on re-installing the column. Shift lever is fine.
But the Tilt and Blinker levers are rotated down counterclockwise about 30*. And tilt rotates up an down from around 11 to 5 instead of 12 to 6.
This is getting to be a pain along MC being the wrong one for the booster and then the wrong lines from MC to distribution block and frozen fittings.

Got it, I was thinking the lower shaft would o only go into the rag joint copper one way, Not so.
Just one last think to rotate that shift indicator into up and around and installed the screw that holds it.
