Not mine, seems like a good price for a 3.08 which is a 3 series posi and housing.

It is, unless it needs a complete rebuild. I have a '68 12 bolt that needs everything and it's less expensive to buy a new Eaton carrier complete than to rebuild the original. Needs gears too, and most likely axles, so...it's basically an axle housing...thumbsup
