Thought this may be helpful for someone else.

As I started to reassemble the front end, it was nice to se the reminder that was taged for the Emergency Brake.

It is possible to do this with the fender, hinges and hood on, it seems to be easiest to replace the vent/kick panel, then E-Brake pedal and then the fender.

Hopefully the pictuers will be worth a 1000 words

The previous frustration when trying to deal with the kick panel with the car assembled was my inspiration.
