Burnt left turn signal bulb in dash

I replaced one on a previous Chevelle of mine but for the life of me can't remember how to get that that rail disconnected. It seems to hold in the 3 or so bulbs in that section of they dash? You can pretty much get at it from below but again, I can't see how to get at the bulb?

That should be a single twist in socket with a #94 push in mini bulb.

I will look again but it seemed like there was a plastic bracket holding in all 3 bulbs? I will be spending most of the day with her today.

It could be on the sweep dash, Darren. I'm not as familiar with that layout as the round gauges.
