Hello. New to the board, but been following the link about swapping out the steering gear for my 66. My question is this. I've tried for a couple of days to get ahold of Lee Manafacturing to place an order for kit of fittings and rag joint, but the numbers that I have, and on the website seem to have been disconnected. Anyone know of another place to get these parts?
Thanks
Wilky

You might try Lares Corp up in Cambridge.

There was a rumor last year when I did my conversion that Lee was getting out of the business completely, so maybe that happened.

I would suggest Lares too.  Went to a show there earlier this year and was impressed by the little peek of their shop that I got.

I got my box and rag joint and power steering from Lares. Great folks to deal with. They supply most of the companies with steering and power steering boxes. 762-691-1400, talk to Earl.

I think Tom Lee retired. I got one of his last batch over a year ago. At that time he told me he was done. I asked his wife if they were gonna sell or allow his son to take over? She said no that when Tom was done that was it. I actually think his steering boxes will actually increase in value. His box is amazing.

I found a post online that he closed the doors and retired the end of 2014
