Thanks. Sorry to anyone who's computer can't handle the file size, but you can also access it through the club's main website under the cool links tab and then the newsletters button.

I'll get back to the techy- type stuff in the upcoming editions, but the file size was already too big to normally email it to JohnD. Lots of high-res pics.

next month: AUTOMANIA coverage.

I'll post the rest of my Car Craft pics in the couple weeks after Automania. I want to get those done first and the rest of this week is booked for me.

Just as a note of interest; both the feature cars that were photographed for Car Craft belong to the same person. He happens to have the private collection in Warroad that I've mentioned in the past. The Camaro Club is going up for 2 days again this Sept and any of the Chevelle club members are welcome too. There are 78 or so more cars of that caliber and more 1 of's. Not just Chevrolet but other brands too.

There is a motel/bar right next to "The Shed" and a restaurant across the parking lot. Most everything you need without driving anywhere.

Since Mitch broke it, I'll continue. "The Shed" is more like a museum, in fact from what they said it's 24,000 square feet with 100+ cars. The vehicle(s) owner is Bob Marvin (read as Marvin Windows). The website for the shed is www.theshedwarroad.com but it was down last I tried. Here's a link to a picture set from 2009:  http://www.pbase.com/musthavemuzk/grandopeningtheshedwarroadmn&page=all There's also a Facebook page named "The Shed" of all things.

I still think that would be a great "meeting" venue in the fall or spring when our cars are down I and pbly others here have a contact at the Shed to arrange a club tour

Until that time, we have another option. Come on the Cruise for the Troops at the end of September. One of the stops will be http://www.veitauto.com/ Your $10 donation for the cruise (starts at Norm's tire in Roseville) will get you in there as well as the other stops (Hot Rod Factory is another) and chances for the many door prizes at the end where there will be 3 live bands and fun at the MAXX bar and grille in Ham Lake.
