Kind of rate for a 3.08 64-67 12 bolt.  Maybe its a 10 bolt or a 3.07 12 bolt,  if so, sound reasonable depending upon overall condition.  I have a 66 12 bolt  3.07 posi in the garage that I wouldn't sell for less than $1500.
