Awesome price ..pull the engine and trans and junk the rest.  Probaly make some money on scrap. 

So close but no time to check it out plus I would have to live in that if I dragged it home.

Looks like that Elm tree grew up next to it while it sat there for the last 10 years. That may well be a 4 bolt block in a tub that big. I bet the inside smells like mouse "heaven"...footmouth

Went and checked it out with the wife. It had only been sitting for 4 years and had current tabs.

Amazingly the inside only smelled a little stuffy with a whiff of musty.. The skylight had some small hail holes so there is some minor water. Definitely needs an interior remodel.

Biggest obstacle would be getting it out of the yard., as you would need to push it back 50' and then move about 150ft to the road and then to be towed. Not sure but you would probably need a big tow truck for that...$$$...free is starting to add up.

Wife was okay with it but it is more project than I have time for.
