Anyone have Xfinity?

We are looking to change internet service and we are strongly considering Xfinity. We currently use the phone company, Quest as the used to be called but now I guess they call themselves Centurylink. My main concern is if Xfinity has good customer service, which I believe is part of the cable company....

Is it possible to change the ignition cylinder code on an old gm ignition cylinder?

Is this possible to change the code from say a 8966 to a 8985 on an old gm ignition cylinder? No locksmiths here in town that I can call. Seems to me that I recall you can take the cylinder apart and do something to change the code; but not sure. Thanks
